Job summary

The Associate Community Banker at First Interstate Bank in Clarinda delivers personalized client service by discussing financial needs with clients and offering suitable solutions, while upholding our service commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone.
• Opens and maintains checking, savings, CDs and other products; processes deposits and withdrawals.
• Performs teller duties and processes loan payments.
• Discusses new consumer loan requests and cross-sell opportunities.
• Builds client relationships and documents referrals across lines of business.
