• Provide excellent customer care and quality customer services, including opening new consumer and commercial deposit accounts and performing account transfers.
• Maintain knowledge of electronic banking channels and bank policies; comply with regulations and participate in audits.
• Drive business development with the CBO to set growth goals and expand customer relationships.
• Oversee branch operations in the absence of the Community Banking Officer and supervise staff.
