Job summary

MountainOne seeks a Universal Banker Representative (Customer Service/ Teller) to join the Pittsfield branch. You will handle daily teller transactions, assist customers with accounts and banking products, and ensure accurate record keeping.

This role emphasizes cash handling accuracy, fraud awareness, and compliance with BSA/AML guidelines. Travel to adjacent branches is required to cover staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Math literacy and fundamental financial calculations.
• Fundamental teller transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Systems knowledge (teller and customer management).
• Product knowledge: deposit accounts and loan products.
• Sales process: cross-sell and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care and service in line with bank standards.
• Perform teller transactions and cash handling accurately.
• Maintain compliance with policies and AML/BSA guidelines.
• Open and service customer accounts; update profiles as needed.
• Support branch operations and teamwork; participate in training.
• Identify growth opportunities through active listening and referrals.
