Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and related cashiering, customer service, balancing experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and banking products.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while balancing records.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, cards, transfers, and loan payments.
• Resolve client issues or refer to other resources as needed.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
