First Community Bank is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead a retail branch with a strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance. The role requires coaching staff, ensuring operational soundness, and delivering exceptional client experiences across daily banking activities.

The successful candidate will oversee staff, participate in CRA initiatives, monitor KPIs, and drive service levels while maintaining branch profitability and adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Seven years of retail bank experience
• Three years of management experience within a bank branch
• Proven record of outstanding customer service
• Ability to travel, as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail branch activity, staffing, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure policy, procedures, and regulatory guidelines are followed.
• Protect customers’ confidential information and ensure proper use.
• Improve customer experience by prompt attention to banking needs.
• Lead initiatives to enhance sales approach and staff development.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and coach for better results.
• Provide referrals to Banking partners and drive cross-sell.
