Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Seven years of retail bank experience.
• Three years of management experience within a bank branch.
• Proven record of outstanding customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily branch activity, staffing, coaching, and KPI reviews.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Protect customers' information and privacy.
• Improve customer experience and resolve banking challenges promptly.
• Lead the LIFT initiative with staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Review KPI dashboards and coach to improve team performance.
• Ensure branch operations pass audits and maintain sound controls.
• Drive referrals to Wealth, Mortgage, and Treasury Services.
