Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
• Demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• Strong public speaking skills and ability to influence business partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Engages with clients and the community to identify referrals and opportunities for growth.
• Leads and develops the branch team, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls in daily branch operations.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and development of teammates.
