Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years Experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
• 3+ years Demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence to further promote business.
• Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage in outside calling to small business clients and deliver Key's full product suite.
• Develop centers of influence and networks in the community to identify referrals.
• Lead, develop and coach branch team to achieve activity, behavior and outcome goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and internal controls in daily tasks.
• Oversee staffing, recruiting, onboarding and training of new teammates; manage schedules.
• Provide regular coaching and development plans; support performance management.
• Identify opportunities to grow the bank's sales and market presence.
