Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales capacity with leadership ability.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in small business deposit/credit and operations.
• Understanding of financial statements and consumer credit concepts.
• Ability to leverage COIs to promote business and influence partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the branch team, ensuring delivery of distinctive client service.
• Develop centers of influence and networks in the community to drive referrals.
• Grow the business through retention, expansion, and new client acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and internal controls.
• Manage staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Deliver coaching and performance management following the Branch Playbook.
• Collaborate with partners to deepen client relationships and cross-sell solutions.
• Oversee operations, transactions, records, and security measures.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
