Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.
• Experience with banking products and financial transactions preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, answering questions and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains products including checking/savings, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Performs teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, currency counting.
• May engage in conversations about and process new consumer loan requests.
• Identify referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, Wealth Management.
