Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Banking or related experience preferred.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and by phone, addressing questions and issues.
• Opens and maintains checking, savings, and basic loan-related accounts.
• Perform Teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Identify referral opportunities to other bank lines of business and document activity.
