Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and by phone.
• Opens/maintains checking, savings, CDs, IRAs and simple credit cards.
• Holds conversations to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Processes consumer and small business loan requests when appropriate.
• Identifies referral opportunities and documents activity in CRM.
