Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, assisting with questions and issues.
• Opens and maintains consumer and business accounts, IRAs, CDs, and small business cards.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity in the CRM.
• Processes new consumer loan requests and discusses small business loan possibilities.
• Performs Teller duties as needed, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling.
• Stays compliant with bank regulations and participates in training and volunteer activities.
