Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and by phone, answering questions and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains accounts (checking, savings, CDs) and related banking products.
• Performs teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and currency counting.
• May engage in conversations about and process new consumer loan requests.
• Holds financial conversations to determine needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Completes work accurately with minimal errors.
• Participates in volunteer activities and financial education efforts.
• Stays current on regulatory changes and complies with bank policies and procedures.
