Job summary

Qualifications

Banking or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, answering questions and offering solutions.
Opens and maintains products including checking and savings, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
Performs teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and currency handling.
Engages in conversations about new consumer loan requests.
Identifies referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management, documenting referrals.
Builds relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Ensures accuracy and complies with bank regulations and procedures.
