You will identify referral opportunities and stay compliant with bank policies while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and basic banking products.
• Performs Teller duties and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Identifies referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Wealth Management.
• Maintains client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
