Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products including checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Holds financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Processes new consumer loan requests; may engage in conversations or process new small business loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity in CRM.
• Builds client relationships through outbound outreach and proactive engagement.
• Performs Teller duties as needed, including check cashing, deposits, and loan payments.
• Stays compliant with bank regulations, policies, and procedures.
