Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years banking or related experience required.
• Registered Mortgage Loan Originator per the SAFE Act within 30 Days required.
• Ability to handle financial conversations and open/maintain accounts.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products, including consumer and business checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Holds financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Processes new consumer loan requests; may also engage in conversations or process new small business loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents referrals and client activity.
