You will open and maintain various accounts, process loans, and collaborate with other lines of business. A focus on accuracy, compliance, and proactive outreach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years banking experience preferred.
• Registered Mortgage Loan Originator per the SAFE Act within 30 days required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products including deposits and loans.
• Identifies referral opportunities across lines of business and documents activity in 360 View.
• Builds client relationships through outbound outreach and proactive engagement.
• Performs Teller duties and cash handling when needed.
