The role includes opening and maintaining various accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs) and engaging clients to determine needs, with opportunities to refer to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and follows written instructions.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times and communicates professionally.
• Proficient with PCs, MS Office, and basic 10-key data entry.
• Comfort with CRM platforms and digital banking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and by phone; offers solutions.
• Opens/maintains checking/savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and basic business cards.
• Discusses client needs to propose appropriate financial solutions.
• Processes new consumer loan requests and some small business loans.
• Documents referrals across Home Loans, Treasury, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management.
