Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 years banking or related experience.
• Ability to open and maintain multiple bank products and services.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for basic financial tasks.
• Must demonstrate confidentiality and professional conduct with clients.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person or by phone and resolves issues.
• Opens and maintains consumer and business accounts, IRAs, CDs, and cards.
• Identifies referral opportunities and documents activity in CRM & 360 View.
• Handles teller duties and basic financial transactions as needed.
• Performs duties in compliance with bank policies and applicable laws.
