First Interstate Bank in Louisville, CO is seeking a Community Banker to deliver personalized client service and manage client relationships in alignment with our Service Commitments and values.

The role involves handling routine banking activities, assisting with product openings, and identifying referral opportunities to other lines of business while documenting client activity in our CRM system.

Formación

• High attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrates strong conversational ability with clients to understand needs and origin all types of personal loans.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft programs and strong 10-key skills.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products, including checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Holds financial conversations with clients to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Processes new consumer loan requests; may engage in conversations or process new small business loan requests.
