• Opens and maintains products including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and small business cards.
• Holds financial conversations with clients to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Processes new consumer loan requests and some small business loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities and documents referrals in CRM and 360 View.
• Builds client relationships through outbound outreach and proactive engagement.
