Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years banking or related experience required.
• Registered Mortgage Loan Originator per the SAFE Act within 30 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products, including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Holds financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Processes new consumer loan requests; may engage in small business loan conversations.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity in CRM.
• Builds client relationships through outbound outreach and proactive engagement.
• Performs Teller duties as needed (check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Ensures compliance with bank regulations and completes work accurately.
