Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; one year related experience and/or training or equivalent
• Demonstrates accuracy in cash handling and financial transactions
• Strong customer service and sales skills; professional appearance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments using teller systems
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions; balance batches
• Promote e-services (online banking, mobile deposits, e-statements) and bank products
• Assist customers with inquiries and refer to CSRs for account changes or openings
• Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
