First Neighbor Bank NA is seeking a friendly Bank Teller to serve customers daily, balance cash, and promote online banking and other services. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and help customers with routine questions in a fast-paced community setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong math skills, and excellent customer service, with a focus on referrals to bank products and e-services. On-site position in Illinois, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Processes deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; verifies amounts and signatures and balances/closes batches.
• Balances cash drawer and manages cash to vault.
• Promotes e-services and bank products; refers to investment centers and tax offices.
• Handles payments and transactions including utility payments, license sticker sales, coin counter, ATM cash, and card cash advances.
• Assists customers with inquiries and account information; involves CSR supervisor if needed.
• Answers phone and transfers calls; processes phone transactions.
