• Demonstrates accuracy in cash handling and balancing cash drawer.

Aufgaben

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; balance batches.
• Balance cash drawer; manage currency with vault and deposits.
• Promote e-services and bank products; refer to investment/tax services.
• Assist customers; refer to CSRs for new accounts.
• Answer phones and route calls; process phone transactions.
