Job summary

Corner Property Management LLC seeks a Portfolio Property Manager to oversee multiple community associations, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships with Boards and homeowners. You will manage grounds, common areas, and assets, maintaining clear communication with homeowners, vendors, and committees.

This hybrid/remote role in New Jersey requires coordination across Union County and Essex County, with duties including financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to read and create spreadsheets.
• Experience with contract negotiation and facility management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and administration of the Association per policy and procedures.
• Act as liaison with Board of Trustees and homeowners as needed.
• Perform management duties per the management agreement.
• Develop and utilize community management tools (calendar, budgets, agendas).
• Review monthly financial reports and prepare management summaries.
• Recommend capital expenditures to maintain appearance and operation.
• Monitor delinquency rates and collections for the portfolio.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as required.
• Prepare Board packages and inform trustees of legal actions.
• Maintain unit/contract files and assist with architectural reviews.
• Coordinate facility inspections and vendor management.
