Job summary

Affinity Management Services, an Association Management Company serving South Florida communities, seeks a Community Association Manager to foster thriving, well‑managed neighborhoods. You will build relations with boards and homeowners, manage vendors and finances, prepare budgets and RFPs, and ensure safety and compliance across high‑rise condominiums and HOA properties.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive salary of $75K–$80K, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Active CAM License.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management.
• General Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with the Board of Directors and homeowners, promptly addressing service requests and investigating serious complaints.
• Develop and foster relationships with association vendors to ensure cooperation and supervise the quality of their services.
• Plan, direct, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive systems for the protection of community assets and records.
• Inspect the community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs, ensuring safety rules are communicated and enforced.
• Investigate accidents and claims for property damage, including damage to common elements, and prepare written reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas, supervise file and record management, and attend Board meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and variance analysis.
• Manage the association's finances, understand financial statements, and provide guidance to the board to make sound decisions.
• Prepare the association's annual budget, analyze expenses, and suggest funding for financial responsibility.
• Prepare RFPs for project bids and compare bids for accurate project specifications.
• Provide reports to the Board with recommendations to enhance community appearance and harmony.
• Respond to association emergencies in a timely manner.
• Manage major improvement projects, including RFPs for projects over $10,000, coordinating meetings.
