Job summary

Affinity Management Services, an Association Management Company serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, is seeking a Community Association Manager to foster thriving, well-managed communities. You will build relationships with boards and homeowners, coordinate with vendors, and oversee the association's finances.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of management experience, a CAM license, and bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOAs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management.
• General Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with boards and homeowners; address service requests and investigate complaints.
• Manage vendors and supervise service quality.
• Oversee finances; prepare monthly financial reports and budget plans.
• Prepare RFPs for projects and analyze bids for accurate comparisons.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and records management; attend meetings.
