Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager for the St. Louis, MO market. The Portfolio Manager will supervise the associations, coordinate with boards, vendors, and the Home Office, and deliver exemplary service while pursuing company goals.

You will attend meetings, manage vendor contracts, and oversee financial summaries and onboarding of associations, ensuring professional, organized, and effective management across communities.

Qualifications

• Have previous Community Management Experience.
• Be professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, maintenance, and architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the associations they manage. They are responsible for coordinating with the Board of Directors, vendors, and the Sentry Home Office to provide exemplary customer service while maintaining and achieving company goals.
