Odevo seeks a seasoned CAM leader to oversee operations, finances, and owner/resident relations for one or more communities with 300+ homes. You will report to a Regional Manager or VP within HomeOwners Advantage, collaborating across properties to drive consistency and excellent service.

You will lead direct reports, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and deliver customer-focused results while working closely with Boards and residents to maintain thriving communities.

Formación

• 4 year college degree required.
• State compliant license (CAM, RES, etc.).
• 8–10 years of relevant business experience.
• Real estate industry knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong financial skills.
• Sound delegation abilities.
• Ability to manage time around multiple demands.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations for properties with 300+ homes, including vendor and staff coordination.
• Review maintenance requests and prioritize with engineers/vendors.
• Review bids and manage common-area projects for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with Board initiatives and annual business planning.
• Manage financial processes: A/R, A/P, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure revenue targets and cost controls meet budget.
• Provide proactive resident and Board communications; report regularly.
