Responsibilities include budgeting, variance analysis, monthly reporting, and regular board participation. The role supports on-site staff and involves working across vendors and engineers where needed.

Qualifications

• As a CAMS Community Manager, you will build strong relationships with HOA boards and vendors.
• You will review financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
• You will coordinate maintenance projects and oversee staff where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with boards and homeowners.
• Guide boards in financial decisions and present budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial reports and create variance reports.
• Present monthly management reports to the board.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure daily operations of communities run smoothly.
• Attend board and internal meetings regularly.
• Supervise on-site staff where applicable.
• Develop annual operating budgets and mid-year forecasts.
