Job summary

RealManage seeks a Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of HOAs and other communities. You will collaborate with the DCAM and Boards to ensure top‑tier service and aligned governance.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and financial reporting while driving improvements and compliance across multiple communities. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• CMCA or state equivalent certifications desired.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years in property management / community management experience.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
• Experienced in managing complex developer portfolios and relationships.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emails and calls within 24 hours while upholding guiding principles.
• Build relationships with residents, promote clear communication, and foster a collaborative culture.
• Provide updates on collections, compliance, service requests, and work orders.
• Address escalated homeowner concerns professionally and effectively.
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations and advise Boards.
• Develop and execute plans to enhance services, amenities, and operations.
