Odevo US OPCO LLC is seeking an on-site Operations Manager for the HomeOwners Advantage property in Atlanta, GA. You will coordinate maintenance, prioritise tasks with the engineer, and manage contractor bids to ensure timely, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch maintenance requests and prioritize daily work with the on-site engineer.
• Solicit bids from contractors and 3rd party providers; oversee quality of their work.
• Liaise with Residents and Board on common area management, moves, and operations.
• Oversee inputs to A/R, A/P, security deposits, and related financial processes.
• Create annual operating budgets and monthly financial packets.
• Deliver resident services: announce building updates and maintain the website, coordinate drills.
• Coordinate marketing/leasing data and explain building amenities to prospective tenants.
• Manage vendors and develop performance objectives for direct reports.
