Job summary

Prosperity Lakes in Parrish, FL seeks a Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee HOA operations, residents, guests and staff. You will work with the Board, TROON leadership and vendors to deliver exceptional service, accountability and the ultimate lifestyle experience for our residents.

The ideal candidate holds a CAM license, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and five years of management experience.

Qualifications

• CAM license required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of community management experience required.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HOA operations and relations with residents, guests and staff.
• Work with Board, Troon leadership and vendors to deliver service.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and ensure compliance with HOA rules.
