Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager in New Jersey. You will lead the community operations, ensuring alignment with the Board's mission and governance documents, while directing staff and managing the annual budget.

The role requires extensive experience in community management, budgeting, and knowledge of condominium law, with a focus on compliance and efficient service delivery to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; three years’ experience in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction; or equivalent.
• Seven years of community management experience with staff oversight; strong leadership.
• Knowledge of building management, condominium law, financial planning and related property-management regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to develop short- and long-range plans to meet Board objectives.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with governing documents and budgets.
• Manage staff, recruit/hire/train, and coordinate with emergency services and external agencies.
• Liaise with the Board and committees; present reports and follow up on actions.
