Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee the performance of personnel and the maintenance of properties under supervision, ensuring compliance with company and Board policies. You will manage community accounts and support the community's values and goals.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive communication with boards, residents, and staff, and the ability to coordinate between HOAMCO and assigned communities.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification or higher management designation preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager or other management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of community assets.
• Maintain residential records, board packets, meeting minutes, and other legal documents.
• Liaise between HOAMCO and assigned communities to ensure clear communication.
• Facilitate meetings with the Developer, board members, residents and volunteers.
• Ensure adherence to governing documents, CC&Rs, and design guidelines.
