Job summary

Associa in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced HOA Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee relationships with HOA boards, developers, and homeowners. You will travel to client associations, attend board meetings, perform inspections, and coordinate community events as needed.

In this role you will prepare annual disclosures, meeting notices, and financial statements, review monthly reports, and provide recommendations on major capital expenditures to maintain the community's

Qualifications

Experience in Community Management or a related service industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in professional business correspondence.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison with HOA boards, developers, and homeowners as needed.
Attend board meetings and perform site visits, inspections, and events as required.
Prepare annual disclosure, meeting notifications, and financial packages for homeowners.
Review monthly financial reports and report to the HOA board.
Advise on major capital expenditures to maintain community operations.
