Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) in Draper, UT. You will collaborate with clients and vendors, coordinate with internal teams, and support multiple projects while delivering excellent service to homeowners and boards.

You will travel to associations, prepare annual disclosures and financial statements, and help manage capital expenditures to maintain community standards. Hybrid in-office/remote work is available with strong training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management or related industry.
• Strong customer service and hospitality background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee liaison with Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, and events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements for homeowners; arrange bulk mailing per statute/agreements.
• Review monthly financial reports and summarize management activities for the Board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and committees regarding major expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.
