Qualifications

• Experience in HOA/ condo association management.
• Strong financial oversight, budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Caliber, MGC and Homewisedocs platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HOA/condominium operations and governance.
• Prepare budgets, review invoices, and manage reserves.
• Coordinate board meetings and prepare agendas.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and legal regulations.
• Communicate with homeowners and board members to resolve inquiries.
• Track financial performance and post regular reports to the Board.
• Review and process invoices and reimbursements.
• Review resale certificates and maintain document library.
