Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of community association management experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Active Florida LCAM license for at least one year; valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of condo/HOA operations and Florida Statutes.
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight.
