Job summary

The CAM Team, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) in Florida to oversee the daily operations of condo and HOA communities.

The role focuses on supporting Board governance, supervising onsite staff, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and Florida Statutes. Candidate will manage vendors, coordinate board meetings, assist with budgeting and reporting, and respond to resident concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in community association management.
• Strong knowledge of condominium and HOA operations and Florida Statutes.
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners' associations.
• Serve as primary liaison to Board Members and provide operational guidance.
• Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents.
• Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows.
• Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting.
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance community operations.
• Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities.
