Job summary

PMP Management in Ventura, CA is seeking a motivated Community Manager to oversee HOA portfolios and serve as the primary liaison between boards and homeowners. The role collaborates with an Associate Manager and a support team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include managing board meetings, financial review, and enforcing policies, with a focus on accurate record-keeping and customer service. A 4-year degree and HOA experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 Year College Degree preferred.
• 2 Years of HOA portfolio or on-site management experience preferred.
• CMCA/AMS designation is desirable but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Oversee operation and administration of the Association per management agreement and policies.
• Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.
• Ensure PMP tools (maintenance calendar, action item tracker, financial summaries) are used effectively.
• Review monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Provide recommendations to Boards and committees.
