Job summary

Lifetime HOA Management is expanding across Southern California and is hiring an experienced Community Association Manager to own a portfolio and support growth. You’ll work directly with the owners and executive team to manage new accounts in Orange County.

The role is hybrid, with a San Clemente office schedule (3 days per week in the office) and opportunities to grow with a company still writing its California story.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with HOA board members and homeowners.
• Lead board meetings and turn decisions into action.
• Manage community budgets and financials.
• Coordinate landscapers, contractors, and other vendors.
• Oversee projects and keep vendors accountable.
• Visit communities and identify issues that need attention.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
