You'll receive training and work alongside experienced Community Managers as you learn the industry. If you're capable, personable, proactive, and excited to take on real responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
We believe a manager whose stretched across too many communities can't do right by any of them, so we staff portfolios sensibly and back you with a responsive support team. We offer a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in our San Clemente office), competitive pay, mileage and phone reimbursement, paid time off, and support for continued education and certification. More than that, we offer something the larger firms can't: the chance to grow with a company that's still writing its California story.
Lifetime HOA Management is an equal opportunity employer.
