Job summary

Associa seeks a Community Association Manager in Gaithersburg, MD to oversee HOA/condo communities from the corporate office. You will partner with boards and onsite staff to ensure communities are well cared for and manage daily operations, including administration, maintenance, capital projects, and budgets.

Responsibilities include inquiries, site inspections, vendor coordination, homeowner communications, budget reviews, and organizing board meetings. CMCA within first year encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to obtain CMCA within first year, company paid.
• Customer service driven, team oriented, and proactive communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct community walk-throughs and site inspections.
• Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Source maintenance vendors; negotiate contracts; coordinate onsite work.
• Update homeowners on news, events, maintenance and HOA violations.
