Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to support homeowners associations, work closely with boards and vendors, and coordinate with other Associa departments to deliver great service.

You will manage multiple projects, travel to client associations for meetings and inspections, prepare annual disclosures and financial packages, review reports, and recommend capital expenditures.

Location: Los Gatos, CA; salary: $75,000–$80,000, DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with HOA boards and homeowners as needed.
• Travel to client associations for meetings, inspections, and events.
• Prepare disclosure packages, annual notices, and financial statements.
• Review monthly financial reports and provide capital expenditure recommendations.
• Oversee correspondence and maintain accurate documentation.
