Job summary

Associa Careers is seeking a Community Manager I to oversee the day-to-day operations of a community association in Texas. You will interact with homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, ensuring adherence to the management agreement.

Responsibilities include financial review, board reporting, and coordinating inspections, vendor performance, and procurement. A degree is required, with a preferred Bachelor's; 0–3 years of related experience is suitable.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 0–3 years of community association experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and administration of the Association per contract and policies.
• Act as liaison with the Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Perform administrative and management duties per the Board's direction.
• Utilize community management tools (calendars, action items, budgets, RFPs).
• Review monthly financial reports and prepare management summaries for the Board.
• Oversee vendor management and procurement processes; monitor expenditures.
• Assist with inspections and architectural reviews; maintain records.
• Oversee AP processes and coordinate Board-related tasks.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as required.
