Qualifications

• Must hold a Georgia CAM license or active equivalent real estate license.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills required.
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and data management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Board Mentoring & Administrative Support to advise boards on policies and best practices.
• Financial Reporting & Cash Management, overseeing assessments and payments.
• Data Management & Document Storage using Heritage and related systems.
• Coordination of Support Services with Heritage departments and external vendors.
• Respond to Business Service inquiries during regular hours and maintain service levels.
• Maintain client relations and professional communication with homeowners and boards.
